Congratulations to our client Firebrand Talent Search for winning Best Brand at the Thomson Reuters, 2012 Recruitment Excellence Awards (REA).

Though Firebrand are a global firm with offices throughout Asia, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, on the night they also won the award for Best Boutique Agency. Great recognition for thinking global, but acting local.

Creating the Brand

The brief to AMC was to create a recruitment brand that ‘lead from the front’, connected with both creative talent and agencies alike and questioned the industry status quo… everything it’s CEO Greg Savage seemed to embody.

From Name and Tagline generation, through to visual identity, digital & social media branding, corporate, marketing and promo collateral, AMC created and then fully developed the Firebrand brand.

But that’s only part of story

Creating a brand is one thing, using it daily and reinforcing the message consistently is another. Firebrand took the brand we developed and ran with it, creating great industry presence and an enviable reputation.

We are particularly proud of Firebrand winning the Best Brand award, as it’s peer recognition for our client from within their own industry. That, and it’s the second time our efforts have been rewarded with an REA Best Brand win!

Recruitment Excellence Awards

The Recruitment Excellence Awards were launched by Thomson Reuters in Australia in 2008 with the aim to recognise excellence, innovation and professionalism in the Recruitment Industry. Nominations for various awards are submitted for assessment by an industry panel, with finalists announced shortly after and the winners at their swish gala event.
